They immediately understood the company’s vision for our website and worked tirelessly to help us achieve it. We worked with a mixture of original graphics provided by us and some of the imagery they provided (all copyright free, of course) and their insight into how it would all come together was brilliant. They constantly communicated to ensure that my business partner and I were happy with each stage and always welcomed feedback and suggestions we made. I’ve never worked with anyone in this capacity so easily - they made the whole experience so enjoyable and exciting and the end product was even better than we’d hoped. Technical stuff: I am the last person you’d call technically capable but Calum and Lara made it so easy for us to be in control of our site once their work was complete. They gave us various options for how we’d like to manage it and ensured we were confident in everything. They sorted out our domain, email accounts and linked everything together, making sure we understood what it was all for, what it meant for our business, how it worked - and any options we had were made clear so we were in control of how to proceed. We didn’t need to do a thing bar set up the banking to cover it. They also included the resolution of any issues/glitches as part of their service at no extra cost (this is pretty standard but still, worth mentioning) and honestly, their costs are more than reasonable for the service and products they provide. If I ever need any other web services or get asked for an recommendation, I’ll look no further than Calum and Lara.
